EXPERIENCE.
Laura has been in South Austin for nearly two years and brings over eleven years of experience in real estate. Ms. Martens’ career has been primarily in the fast growing Laredo area and includes experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and farm and ranch. Much of her work has involved international customers, purchasing warehouses and homes for these investors…. She is a past Director of the Laredo Board of Realtors and a past Director of the Laredo Public Library. She enjoys Deer & Bird hunting. Fluent in English & Spanish.
PHILOSOPHY.
My work responsibility is to find the best deal for my customer whether it is a buyer or a seller. For buyers, I try to find the property that closely meets their needs at a fair price. For sellers, it is my job to find a buyer willing to meet the seller’s goal. For both type of customers, I will work hard to close a deal as fast as possible and with the least possible problems.
